This Privacy Policy explains how Glasgow Advisory & Consultancy ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information. It applies to our website (ga-consultancy.com.au) and to both of our applications:
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and our apps meet the privacy requirements of the Microsoft Store and Google Play.
Your assessment answers and the generated report are processed locally on your device (in your browser). We do not transmit, collect or store your assessment responses on our servers.
When you buy a product, payment is processed securely by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment-card details directly — we never see, receive or store your full card details. We receive a transaction confirmation and the email address and name you provide so we can deliver your purchase (licence/access code and secure download link) and meet Australian tax/record-keeping obligations.
If you email us (e.g. admin@ga-consultancy.com.au) we keep that correspondence to provide support.
Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and reliability. Our apps do not contain third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
We share the minimum information necessary with trusted service providers who help us operate:

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Purchase and correspondence records are retained only as long as necessary for support and legal/tax obligations, then securely deleted.
Our website and apps are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us how we handle your information. To make a request, email admin@ga-consultancy.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR.
We are based in Australia. If you access our services from outside Australia, your information may be processed in Australia and by our providers (e.g. Stripe, Netlify) in their respective jurisdictions, under appropriate safeguards.
